Aerial Close-up Ltd is retained to provide monthly low-level aerial photography of various building sites throughout the construction period.  Clients include a major life assurance and pension fund manager for whom property is a major part of their investment portfolio.

The 4x4 vehicle can travel across the roughest sites and provide aerial views from not only fixed points around the site but also around the actual building itself to provide aerial close-ups of specific areas (such as steelwork, cladding, roofing, etc.) whilst under construction.

These low altitude aerial images provide an invaluable detailed record of the various aspects of the build around the whole site over a period of time and can be referred to in the event of a dispute.
